These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Nexus Project Partners LLC website located at nexuspp.com (the "Site") and any services you request through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Nexus Project Partners LLC is a Minnesota-licensed general contractor (License No. BC809417), fully insured, headquartered in Edina, MN. We provide commercial and residential renovation and construction services throughout the Twin Cities metropolitan area.
You may use this Site for lawful purposes to obtain information about our services and submit project inquiries. You agree not to:
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, photos, and code — is the property of Nexus Project Partners LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without prior written consent.
The Nexus Renovation Planner on this Site provides general cost ranges only. These estimates are not binding quotes, contracts, or commitments. Actual project costs will be determined by a written scope of work prepared following an on-site consultation.
Any formal estimate or proposal provided by Nexus Project Partners is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. No work will begin without a signed contract and agreed scope of work.
Submitting a contact form, calling, or emailing us does not create a contractual obligation by either party. A binding agreement is established only through a fully executed written contract signed by both parties.
All construction and renovation services are governed by a separate written contract between Nexus Project Partners LLC and the client. That contract will contain specific terms regarding scope of work, payment schedule, timeline, change orders, warranties, and dispute resolution. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed project contract, the project contract controls.
Nexus Project Partners LLC holds Minnesota General Contractor License No. BC809417 and carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage as required by Minnesota law. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
This Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Cost estimates provided by the online tool are for general guidance only and may not reflect actual project costs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexus Project Partners LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site or its content — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
This Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including CompanyCam (photo documentation) and Google Maps. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexus Project Partners LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed project contract, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nexus Project Partners LLC regarding your use of the Site and our services.
